Pick your boat and enter the owner last name to confirm.
Note: Pick "None/Other" if your boat is not listed (and add your info in the notes section below).

Then, select your requested date & AM/PM "slot"
WE ARE PLANNING ON HAUL-OUTS ON WED, FRI, SAT's IN OCT.
(( Note, on Oct 14 & 15 we will only be doing boats under 30' and boats on cradles ))

Optionally, also enter the name and contact info of your HAUL-OUT agent (alternate person to be present on your behalf)

I will email you back a haul-out schedule confirmation or conatct you if we need to re-schedule.

If you later want to update your request (i.e. ready status, date, etc), return here again and just re-enter your updated info.
Your prior info will not be displayed (since we are not implementing passowrd enabled accounts, for simplicity)

At your haul-out date, check-in with Mike Spiteri, Rich, Dan, or Kurt when you arrive on site.
Then, bring you boat around and have dock lines ready, etc.
