Mandatory Annual Meeting Sept 17 @7:00pm

Dear Mill Quarter Property Association members,

 

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the annual picnic and board of elections meeting originally scheduled for September 7th has been cancelled due to lack of participation. We originally requested for our members to RSVP by Sept 2nd. Out of more than 130 invitations sent only 5 members confirmed attendance.

The board of directors has decided to postpone the meeting and to make it virtual via zoom on September 17th at 7pm. This is a mandatory meeting as a new board of directors will be elected. Participation is imperative and lack of participation will force us to hire a third party to manage the association with a corresponding significant increase in membership dues.  The zoom host will only allow members in good standing to join the meeting. A membership in good standing is defined as a paid membership registered in PayHoa.

Announcements


As an update to the MQ Property Owners Association, the board met virtually on March 26th.
Felipe Helo, VP and Acting President; Chris Satterwhite, Architecture Lead and Kim Russo Secretary were present on the call. James Blandford was invited but unavailable.


The next full Membership Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Sunday April 27th @ 7:00 pm.


We wanted to give members plenty of time to plan for the meeting. Invites will be sent electronically, for those members that we have an email address for and an invite will be posted here soon.


The agenda and ground rules for this meeting will be posted in advance.


A future meeting will be held at the lake and will include the usual picnic. That meeting will be planned by the future board members.


Please let any members know, that you speak with, of the 4/27th meeting.
