Dear Mill Quarter Property Association members,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the annual
picnic and board of elections meeting originally scheduled for September 7th
has been cancelled due to lack of participation. We originally requested for
our members to RSVP by Sept 2nd. Out of more than 130 invitations sent
only 5 members confirmed attendance.
The board of directors has decided to postpone the meeting
and to make it virtual via zoom on September 17th at 7pm. This is a
mandatory meeting as a new board of directors will be elected. Participation is
imperative and lack of participation will force us to hire a third party to manage
the association with a corresponding significant increase in membership dues.  The zoom host will only allow members in good
standing to join the meeting. A membership in good standing is defined as a
paid membership registered in PayHoa.
