Next steps:
1) Clean up the dam as specified in the report, seed, mow and remove wooded vegetation (dam downstream face small trees removal may impinge on William Schaeffer's land. His approval will be needed). Install staff level indications at 3.89' and 4.89' above the spillway.
2) Complete an owner walkdown / report.
3) Complete the EAP flowchart with names and contact details for each of the roles.
4) Present completed EAP to the County.
5) Present completed walkdown report to the State.
6) Arrange a table top meeting with the county to review the EAP, roles and actions.

Optional steps:
A: Reapply for another 2 year conditional use certificate.
B: Install a replacement for the low level drain as discussed / suggested in the attached presentation and apply for full certification.
