Description: Performing searches in Social Monitor provides immediate feedback on what customers and others are discussing in the social cloud, providing an opportunity to engage them efficiently in the channels they prefer to use. This course provides interactive, hands-on instruction on how to perform searches in the social cloud.
Note: This course is based on the August 2013 release of Social Monitor. You may have a different version installed, but the basic tasks and concepts are similar. Releases prior to February 2013 use the label Cloud Monitor instead of Social Monitor for the icon in the navigation pane.
