Description: Topic monitoring in Social Monitor provides search results clustering that you can use to quickly analyze and identify posts with similar themes, such as a purchase or support trend, product name, or technical issue. This course provides interactive, hands-on instruction on how to create topic monitoring themes.
Note: This course is based on the August 2013 release of Social Monitor. You may have a different version installed, but the basic tasks and concepts are similar. Releases prior to February 2013 use the label Cloud Monitor instead of Social Monitor for the icon in the navigation pane.
