This series of five demos outline the steps to implement a simple network infrastructure for your Oracle VM x86 environment. These steps can then be re-used to modify the initial network design or to grow your network infrastructure. Once the networking is in place, you can proceed to create and configure the other elements in your Oracle VM environment: Storage, server pools, repositories and virtual machines.

These are interesting. However the movie group needs to be clear which goes first in the order making something work. To the unknowing, it appears the items were just thrown together to show bits and pieces of what you can do with virtual machine technology. This space would better serve the customer if the definitions used in the opening paragraphs where clearly defined. Question: Where is the video that shows building a virtual machine from scratch using either a Linux or Windows DVD? Then focus on connecting them together within the virtual environment. One of the things I learned is within the virtual machine environment connections are made between virtual machines like this VM1>>port1>>IP address>>port2>VM2 that's my 10 minute absorption.
