Continuing in the series on extending Oracle Sales Cloud with PaaS applications, this course looks at customizing Oracle Sales Cloud through a set of design patterns that add functionality to the user interface by integrating external applications or the data from external applications. First, adding a reference to an external application is addressed. Next, viewers will see how to add to the global navigation menus. In the third lesson, embedding applications with the sales dashboard is reviewed. The fourth lesson looks at embedding applications as objects within a tab on the user interface.
