Some visit activities are paid to multiple payees based on the site contracts, at present there is no way these payments can be split to pay to different people. Example, for a Complete Blood Count done on a screening visit, 60% of the payment needs to go to the Lab and 40% to the investigator. Also post generation of payment activities, there may be a need to revert this so that underlying details can be modified. There is also a need to capture the VAT amount paid and also summarize them at the Site, Region and Protocol levels. Data Driven Trip Reports: Trip Report enhancements to make the base trip report more dynamic and usable out-of-the-box. Prebuilt visit report templates help drive consistent business processes based on regulatory mandates and companies’ standard operating procedures. Templates with questions having branching logic and pre-built answers will help Clinical Research Associates to quickly and accurately capture required data points during their visits. Ability to capture site enrollment status and attach to visit report with actual findings will also ensure better monitoring of site’s progress during clinical trials.
