List Import is new feature in the Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) 8.2 release that allows business users to import account and contact records from external files. List Import imports the records into the UCM Source and Data History tables, and can optionally invoke data quality processing that cleanses the records and transfers them to the UCM base tables. This tutorial demonstrates importing account records into the Source and Data History tables.
