To see a list of predefined reports:

1. Navigate to https://fusionappsoer.oracle.com/oer/index.jsp
2. Set Type = Report
3. Click Search
4. In the results, select Customer Relationship Management Reports
5. Click the Documentation tab
6. Click the appropriate link to see a list of reports and/or the reports guide
