This overview is well done and exceeds expectation. I liked the approach to have the demonstrator visually present. It adds value to the content. I'm also impressed by the enhancements in OEM 12C monitoring and diagnostics. In particular, the integration between the middleware and database. I will look to deploy this in my organization.
