Working with Threaded and Ranked Facebook Comments

  • This video shows how easy it is to respond to threaded and ranked comments on your owned Facebook property within the Oracle Social Engage tool. The way that you respond to messages depends on whether or not you "own" or are the administrator of the Facebook page.
